Hail Mary,

Full of Grace,

The Lord is with thee.

Blessed art thou among women,

and blessed is the fruit

of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary,

Mother of God,

pray for us sinners now,

and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Receive, Lord, in tranquility and peace,

the souls of Your servants who have

departed out of this present life to be

with You.Give them the life that knows

no age, the good things that do not

pass away; through

Jesus Christ our Lord,

to all who confide in the protection

Lord make me an instrument of Thy Peace;

where there is hatred, let me sow love;

where there is injury; pardon;

where there is doubt,

faith;

where there is despair, hope;

where there is darkness light;

and where there is sadness, joy.

O Lady, since Thou art the dispenser of all graces, and since the grace of salvation can only come through Thy hands, our salvation depends on Thee.

Guardian Angel from

heaven so bright,

watching beside me

to lead me aright,

fold thy wings round me,

and guard me with love,

softly sing songs to me

of heaven above.

It’s not the tears that

are shed at the time

That tell of the hearts

that are broken;

But the silent tears

in the after years,

When our loved one’s

name is spoken.

What we'd give if we could say,

Hello, Dad/Mother, in the same old way;

To hear your voice, and see your smile,

To sit with you and chat awhile,

So if you who have a father/mother,

Cherish NAME with care,

For you'll never know the heartache,

Till you see his/her vacant chair.

We think of you in silence,

We often speak your name,

But all we have are memories,

And your picture in a frame.

Your resting place we visit,

And put flowers there with care,

But no one knows the heartache,

As we turn and leave you there.

Along the road to yesterday

That leads us straight to you,

Are memories of the happy days

Together we once knew.

And always every evening

We seem to have a way

Of wandering back to meet you

On the road to yesterday.

Beautiful memories

Are wonderful things,

They last till the longest day,

They never wear out,

They never get lost,

And can never be given away.

To some you may be forgotten,

To others a part of the past.

But to us who loved and lost you,

Your memory will always last.

In tears we saw you sinking,

We watched you fade away,

Our hearts were almost broken,

You fought so hard to stay,

But when we saw you sleeping,

So peacefully free from pain,

We could not wish you back,

To suffer that again.

The moment that you died,

Our hearts split in two,

The one side filled with memories,

The other died with you.

We often lay awake at night,

When the world is fast asleep,

And take a walk down memory lane,

With tears upon our cheeks.

Your life was love and labour,

Your love for your family true,

You did your best for all of us

We will always remember you.

Your smile has gone forever,

your hand we cannot touch.

We have so many memories

of you, Dad, we loved so much.

I’ll never find another friend

to take the place of you.

No one will ever touch my life

exactly like you do.

No one who’s quite so thoughtful,

no one I cherish so.

No one will mean so much to me;

I just wanted you to know.

If roses grow in Heaven Lord,

please pick a bunch for me.

Place them in my mother’s arms

and tell her they’re from me.

Tell her I love her and miss her much

And when she turns to smile,

place a kiss upon her cheek

and hold her for awhile.

Forgive, O Lord,

my little jokes on Thee

and I'll forgive the

great big one on me.

Deep are the memories,

precious they stay;

No passing of time,

can take them away.

A slumber did my spirit seal;

I had no human fears:

She seemed a thing that could not feel

The touch of earthly years.

No motion has she now, no force;

She neither hears nor sees;

Rolled round in earth's diurnal course,

With rocks, and stones, and trees.

When I come to the end of the road,

and the sun has set for me,

I want no rites in a gloom filled room,

Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little, but not too...

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,

and let perpetual light shine upon him.

May he rest in peace. Amen

O sweet Jesus for the sake of 

Thy Bitter Passion and the sorrows 

of Thy Immaculate Mother, 

have mercy on his soul, 

and let the light of Thy countenance 

shine upon him. Amen. 

Jesus, Mary and Joseph 

assist me in my last agony; 

Jesus, Mary and Joseph 

may I breathe 

forth my soul in peace with you.
